| Dear Jacques, We had a great time at RIU Merengue, Puerto Plata. VacMart, as always provided us with everything we needed for any enjoyable vacation. Club Caribe was there to pick us up as soon as we arrived. Raphael came to the hotel to let us know of the available excursion available in Puerto Plata. The staff at RIU were friendly and service was always with a smile. We always use VacMart for our Carribean travel. You provide good deals and great places to go. We recommend your company to our friends and family anytime they plan a trip to a sunny warm destination. 11/18/2008

| Our trip to Rivera Maya was very nice and the resort Sandos Caracol was very good and helpful when we had a problem. This is the fourth trip I have booked with you for me and my family and I have been pleased with your service each time. I have worked with Ana the last few times I booked vacations and she has always done her best for me. The next time I go on vacation I will check with vacmart first. Rosie 11/10/2008

| The trip was wonderful. My parents had a great time. They told me that the hotel and hotel amenities were great. Very clean facilities. The Beach was great. They had no problems with the airport transportation. Their check in was quick. And overall, they just enjoy the trip as a whole.

| THE TRIP WAS AMAZING!!! Everything went according to plan, we had no issue with any paperwork you guys provided and the resort was mor than we could ask for. We will defenently be booking our next trip with you guys, hopefully to Cancun. Thank You for giving us such a great vacation. BETH IS AWESOME AS WELL.

| The resort was three star at best; but, nice,clean, and the food/drink were top notch. The accommodations were poor. AC didn't remove humidify from the air and none of the AC reached the sleeping area. The mini bar is not all inclusive. Three small waters, pack of nabs and a small gaiter-aid, thirty two bucks at check out. The individual assigned to us for , welcome aboard, here is what is available, and if you need help, never showed up. The water front and pools were first rate. Diving was a disappointment. The reefs immediately off the shore line were full of fans and sponges but no fish. This nation is so poor they have fished out the area around the island. The Town adjacent to the resort is what you would expect in a poor country, dirty, begging, slum conditions; however, we shopped and toured on foot and never felt unsafe. This time of the year it was hot and humid. Baths were in order after any outing. For us this was at least a couple time a day. This wasn't a problem except the room maid would only issue two bath towels daily, no hand towels, no wash cloths and no bath mat.
This was an adventure. We enjoyed our stay and were realy thankful and appreciate of the USA.

Thank you for your outstanding service. You were recommended by trip advisor posters and after checking 12 websites, you provided me with the absolutely lowest price for the Majestic Colonial in Punta Canta. You also suggested the inexpensive trip insurance and I am glad I took it as we had to postpone our trip by 2 days. You were on vacation at the time, so Ana expeditiously handled contacting the hotel. I will recommend you to fellow travelers and look forwarding to booking with you in the future. VACMART is the best!

| Our trip went very well. We arrived in Punta Cana and headed straight to our transfers, bypassing many people waiting in other lines. We were helped immediately, and headed off the Dominicana Punta Cana Resort. Our checkin was flawless and we were well informed of everything the resort had to offer. During our stay, if we encountered any problems they were promptly taken care of by the staff. The entire staff of the resort were very kind and friendly. Although we experience a language barrier, it was nothing that could not be overcome with a smile and a nod! We did encounter one thing that I thought very odd, one morning our wing of the hotel lost power. The heat in the Dominican is very obvious, and more so when trying to sleep. It was short term, we called the front desk, and within an hour our ac was back up and running. Our departure was just as smooth as arrival. We are not sure we would return to the Dominican, but only due to the fact that we know there are many other beautiful beaches to see in the world. Have a good day and we will remember you for our future travels.

Thank you for the e-mail. We really enjoyed our vacation in Punta Cana. I forwarded all our travel information to my family in Puerto Rico, and my sisters: Isis Alonso and Idalia Alonso, along with another sister, husband and nephew all made their travel arrangements with vacmart. We were all able to take advantage of vacmart offers.
