| THE TRIP WAS AMAZING!!! Everything went according to plan, we had no issue with any paperwork you guys provided and the resort was mor than we could ask for. | The resort was three star at best; but, nice,clean, and the food/drink were top notch. The accommodations were poor. AC didn't remove humidify from the air and none of the AC reached the sleeping area. The mini bar is not all inclusive. Three small waters, pack of nabs and a small gaiter-aid, thirty two bucks at check out. The individual assigned to us for , welcome aboard, here is what is available, and if you need help, never showed up. The water front and pools were first rate. Diving was a disappointment. The reefs immediately off the shore line were full of fans and sponges but no fish. This nation is so poor they have fished out the area around the island. The Town adjacent to the resort is what you would expect in a poor country, dirty, begging, slum conditions; however, we shopped and toured on foot and never felt unsafe. This time of the year it was hot and humid. Baths were in order after any outing. For us this was at least a couple time a day. This wasn't a problem except the room maid would only issue two bath towels daily, no hand towels, no wash cloths and no bath mat.
This was an adventure. We enjoyed our stay and were realy thankful and appreciate of the USA.

You also suggested the inexpensive trip insurance and I am glad I took it as we had to postpone our trip by 2 days. | Our trip went very well. We arrived in Punta Cana and headed straight to our transfers, bypassing many people waiting in other lines. We were helped immediately, and headed off the Dominicana Punta Cana Resort. Our checkin was flawless and we were well informed of everything the resort had to offer. During our stay, if we encountered any problems they were promptly taken care of by the staff. The entire staff of the resort were very kind and friendly. Although we experience a language barrier, it was nothing that could not be overcome with a smile and a nod! We did encounter one thing that I thought very odd, one morning our wing of the hotel lost power. The heat in the Dominican is very obvious, and more so when trying to sleep. It was short term, we called the front desk, and within an hour our ac was back up and running. Our departure was just as smooth as arrival. We are not sure we would return to the Dominican, but only due to the fact that we know there are many other beautiful beaches to see in the world. Have a good day and we will remember you for our future travels.

| The vacation travelmart has arranged our vacation and the vacation of many of our families for a few years. For the most part we have been very satisfied with the service we have received from VacMart. The recent hotel we went to in Playa del Carmen (Near Cancun) was the best we have been to so far. The accomodations were better that we expected. The service was superb. I recommed this hotel.

| We had an amazing time! It was absolutely beautiful in Punta Cana. Ana helped us find the vacation package that most closely matched what we were looking for.
We used Vacmart last year and had a great experience in Jamacia as well. I recommend Vacmart to my friends whenever the topic of vacation comes up. People are amazed at the trips we are able to take at such reasonable prices.
Your people are very helpful and seem to be pretty knowledgeable about the locations your site advertises. The ability to speak to someone on the phone and review your options really helps to sell the trip and give the customer confidence in what they are signing up for. We reviewed several options and locations and found just what we had in mind. The location was even running a promotion to upgrade our service level for free, which did make a significant difference at the resort.
I will certainly continue to work with Vacmart on future vacations and continue to spread the word.
