| The vacation travelmart has arranged our vacation and the vacation of many of our families for a few years. For the most part we have been very satisfied with the service we have received from VacMart. The recent hotel we went to in Playa del Carmen (Near Cancun) was the best we have been to so far. The accomodations were better that we expected. The service was superb. I recommed this hotel.

| We had an amazing time! It was absolutely beautiful in Punta Cana. Ana helped us find the vacation package that most closely matched what we were looking for.
We used Vacmart last year and had a great experience in Jamacia as well. I recommend Vacmart to my friends whenever the topic of vacation comes up. People are amazed at the trips we are able to take at such reasonable prices.
Your people are very helpful and seem to be pretty knowledgeable about the locations your site advertises. The ability to speak to someone on the phone and review your options really helps to sell the trip and give the customer confidence in what they are signing up for. We reviewed several options and locations and found just what we had in mind. The location was even running a promotion to upgrade our service level for free, which did make a significant difference at the resort.
I will certainly continue to work with Vacmart on future vacations and continue to spread the word.

| Just wanted to let you know vacation number 1 was awesome.....weather wonderful .......hotel was great ( although no elevators and we were on 3 floor ) but they changed our room to a ground floor one second day .......food was great and the entertainment was fabulous.....you did GREAT........No complaints AT ALL !!!!.....So you need a raise and you need to let your company know that you have put a smile on one of the hardest clients to please.......lol.......thanks for all your time on this Beth....hope Mexico is half as good as this trip to Dominican was........Sincerely, Teresa and family 06/25/2008

| Dear Beth My wife and I just completed our second vacation booking through Vacation Travel Mart. Our trip last year to Punta Canta was fabulous thanks to your insight into country and the resort booking arrangement. This years vacation trip was an event, to say the least, thanks for suggesting that I take travel insurance when you assisted me in planning our vacation this year, I would not have believed that two months ago, that I personally would have a medical emergency while in flight to Jamaica. Our intended connecting stop to Jamaica lasted two days and 14 hours longer than planned. Your customer service assistance in helping my wife and I continue with our vacation plans was outstanding. I also have to mention that I was emotionally touch by your general concern for my well being, even though we have only communicate by phone or email.

| This vacation was well worth it,a great value for our money.the resort was clean and the room very comfortable.we only had one problem and it was getting a reservation for the resturants,we were told there was no availability till our last night there.when we went to check at the resturant,it was half empty,and we were told the computer makes the reservation.but other then this would definitly return to this resort ....

| Here is a review of our Mexico trip the week of June 1 to the Grand Sunset Princess Resort in Play Del Carmen. Our transportation from the resort to the hotel was quick and smooth since the van only had passengers that were going to our resort. The room was very nice and kept very clean all week. The pools and the beach were wonderful and just beautiful. Our disappointment was with the food. Yuck! It was cold, repetitive and bland! They also did not have any kind of food service near the beach. The staff were friendly and hard workers but we felt that they were understaffed for a resort of that size. We were happy with the service from Travel Mart. We had a problem downloading our documents but when I called they said they would send them to me and I received them shortly thereafter. We generally go on 2 trips together per year...my husband and myself (50's)...love the DR....plus I go on one girlfriend getaway usually in December which is the Iberostar Dominicana hotel I was looking at and still am looking at. The reason is we stayed at the Iberostar Costa Dorada in Puerto Plata last October and were very impressed with the service! We have been to the DR 3X, just got back from the Majestic and also stayed in a Barcelo Palace, not as nice. We are going on our first trip to Mexico in November, thru Apple, and staying at the Grand Sunset Princess. We are easy going, love traveling and always make friends with the employees because we treat people well, the same way we would want to be treated. My husband is a construction worker and I work in a hospital cancer center so we really enjoy our vacations and appreciate the fact that we can afford to go. Our daughter is a stude nt in NYC so we are on a tight budget but I always look for sales!

| This was our first trip with your company and I can tell you we were very pleased. Prior to our trip my husband and I were reading reviews of the hotel that were not favorable. I was a little concerned but knew that we would have fun regardless. I was told by the Vacation Mart travel agent to call if we were not satisfied with the accommodations and they would move us. I can tell you there was no reason to call. The resort was wonderful and we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. I would certainly book future vacations with you. Thanks for making our vacation great!
