PRICES ARE FINAL ONCE WE RECEIVE FINAL PAYMENT AND YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED.

The Vacation Travel Mart offers a secure server for your credit card payments.

PAYMENTS:
Because of new and strict airline regulations on issuing tickets FULL PAYMENT is due within 24 hours of making a reservation. Please insure that payments are received on time or airline and hotel reservation are automatically cancelled and might not be reinstated.

We send Vouchers by E Mail. If you would prefer to receive documents by Federal Express there will be a $30 charge for overnight or a $20 charge for 3 day express. You must advise your agent if you want documents sent to you in this manner.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Refunds and Cancellation Policy: Refunds and Cancellation Policy: The policy outline below will only apply to packages put together by the Vacation Travel mart and will not apply to packages or hotels bought from other vendors such as Apple Vacations and other third party vendors.

There will be a $90 per person fee for any cancellations PLUS other charges mentioned below for airlines tickets and hotels: There will be a $45 per person fee for any changes made to your reservation (subject to availability) in addition to hotel and/or airline fees, once documents have been issued.

Airline cancellation charges : There will be a $100 (MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE) charge for any changes plus charges imposed to us by the airlines.. Cancellation must be made by Fax to 305 957 8951. Most tickets are NON Refundable and MAY be used for future travel with applicable penalty. NO REFUND OR CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER ORIGINAL DEPARTURE DATE. Check for Details as Ticket Refund and Cancellation vary by ticket. No Refunds on Charter Airlines.

Hotel Cancellation charges:

Hotel Cancellation made 28-14 days prior to departure: 25% penalty of land package cost

Hotel Cancellation made 13-8 days prior to departure: 50% penalty of land package cost

No refund will be made if reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to departure

No refund will be made for unused land feature once the trip has started or if passenger(s) is refused boarding for not having proper Travel Documents.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are Final once payment in full is made AND CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED.

Departure Taxes:
Departure Taxes ( see below ) are additional and SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL TICKETS ARE ISSUED. In addition when traveling to the Caribbean, The Bahamas and Mexico ( between $10-$30 ) you might be required to pay a departure tax upon your return to the USA. Departure Taxes are per person and may vary by origin city and destination city. These Charges are imposed to us by the different airlines and include the following: Government Taxes of up to $195, Passenger Facility Charges of up to $12 , September 11th security fee of up to $10, are not included. Please be aware that total Taxes depending on city of departure and arrival could total over $200 per person. In addition all airlines have implemented a “Fuel Surcharge” on October 14th, 2004 which will add to the departure taxes. All departure taxes are subject to change without notice.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE NOTICE:

Please read this notice. It constitutes part of your contract for travel related services.

Vacation Travel Mart and its agents act only in the capacity of agents in matters Relating to travel and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to persons or property due to an act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God. Vacation Travel Mart shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Vacation Travel Mart shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of Vacation Travel Mart’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent, from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department. For medical information, contact the Public Health Service. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them, which is available at an extra cost. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS.
All travelers regardless of citizenship should inquire as to entry requirements when traveling to a foreign country. Please insure that you have all necessary documents to travel. No refunds or changes will be made if clients are denied boarding for not being in possession of proper travel documents. Vacation Travel Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen documents. Reservations made within 7 days of departure are subject to a $15 RUSH FEE.. Re-issuance of documents may have to be paid again.

NEW PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS:
Beginning January 8, 2007, anyone traveling by air or sea must have a passport or other secure, accepted document to re-enter the United States -- including travelers returning from the Caribbean, Mexico, Bahamas and, Bermuda. We suggest you start on your passport application process immediately for your 2007 vacations. To apply for a passport, click below. NO REFUND will be done if client is denied boarding due to no compliance with proper and needed documents to travel.

AIRFARE RESTRICTIONS:
Airfares used in conjunction with all packages featured in this brochure may be special tour based fares or bulk airfares that are subject to certain restrictions. Deviations from original flight itineraries may result in additional fare collections. All fares are calculated in Special Class of Service. If this particular class of Service is not available we can offer you other class of services if available, at extra cost. Please check with us for details.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Unless otherwise specified, all accommodations will be assigned on a run of the house basis. Surcharges may apply for holidays or special events. Some hotels require a minimum night stay during busy periods and holidays.

CREDIT CARD POLICY:
For your protection, The Vacation Travel Mart may require a signed Authorization Form with signature, amount authorized, and travel description (Incl. name of traveling passengers). We do not accept third party credit cards and address, zip code, and AVS code must match. All reservations and cancellations shall be subject to the applicable rules under the Terms and Conditions Section of this contract and further disclosures herein. In the unlikely event that the Hotel cannot confirm your reservation your credit Card will NOT be charged and you will be advised by E Mail to choose another property. The Vacation Travel Mart may reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the Authorization Form is not completed and received within 24 hours after requesting the form.

JURISDICTION
The customer agrees that the use of this website for the booking of any travel shall limit the jurisdiction of the filing of any lawsuit or legal action whatsoever by customer to the courts of Dade County, Florida. The applicable law shall be that of the State of Florida, County of Dade, or applicable Federal Law of the United States of America.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
