The above
rates are the net rate per person due to Travel Insured International. For all passengers with trip costs up to
$1,500 per person the plan will be included for all passengers on a mandatory
basis. The cost of the protection plan
will be included in the passenger’s total trip cost and not separately
disclosed to the passenger.
For all
trips over $1500 the plan will be offered to every passenger and must be
specifically declined. The cost of the
protection plan should be included on every invoice sent to the passenger as a
separate line item and in the invoice total.
The passenger may decline participation in the plan by subtracting the
plan cost from the invoice total and paying the invoice balance.
It is
understood that in the event hotel accommodations are rendered unavailable, Vacation
Travel Mart will reschedule their passengers to alternate hotels or
destinations at no extra cost or refund the total cost of the hotel.
The above
rates take into consideration your current cancellation penalties. Please advise prior to any change in your
cancellation penalties in order that we may review the impact on your plan
rates.
